Pork Shoulder

Pork Shoulder

This is my husbands favorite recipe it's simple and delicious. We enjoy using our smoker all year round.

On this particular day we invited some friends over to eat and watch nascar.

This recipe is so easy there isn't many ingredients.

1 3-4 lb pork shoulder.

3 pieces of whole garlic (optional)

4 Tablespoons of pork dry rub

Cut 4 slits in pork shoulder insert garlic

Rub top and bottom of pork with dry rub

Place on smoker 3 1/2 - 4hrs

(or you can insert meat thermometer untill temperature reaches 160 degrees.)

That's it your done!!
